How To Reach The Mango Bay Boutique Resort

Mango Bay Boutique Resort is only accessed via our traditional long-tail boat; guaranteeing the utmost in seclusion and a full immersion into the Bay Experience. We provide a shuttle service to and from the main ferry pier twice a day; departing from Koh Tao main pier every day at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm and returning to the resort every day at 8:00 am, 12:30 pm and 7:30pm. Please note that there is a charge of 250THB per person for the 7:30 pm return.

However, if STORMS or HIGH SEAS prevail, we will transfer you to Mango Bay in our 4×4, which will bring you to the parking area above the resort. From this point, you’ll descend 394 stairs to the bay and reception area. Don’t worry – during check-in and check-out, our staff will bring your luggage to and from the reception area.

Please let us know your arrival details including Name of Boat Company and Expected Arrival Time 24 hours prior to arrival by EMAIL so we can make your transfer as smooth as possible.

 IMPORTANT: When your ferry arrives on the island, proceed to the waiting area in the main building and present yourself at Gate Number 26. Our long tail boat departs from Koh Tao main pier every day at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm and returns to the main pier every day at 08:00 am, 12:30 pm and 7:30 pm

How to reach Koh Tao by Air

The easiest way to travel to Koh Tao, is from Koh Samui International airport, which hosts several international and domestic flights.

Nokair & Air Asia have flights from Don Muang Airport in Bangkok to Chumphon & Surat Thani airport – locations that also have ferry service to Koh Tao via Lomprayah Catamaran.

How To Reach Koh Tao by Ferry

Both Lomprayah High Speed Catamaran and Seatran Discovery offer two daily services to and from Chumphon, Koh Samui and Surat Thani (Donsak pier with Lomprayah).
